Not always the work done in-house is economically justified.

We can also temporarily take control of the Purchasing Department in your company to make effective structure and appropriate procedures and tools.

RESTRUCTURING PROJECTS

When there is a need to restructure purchasing, procurement, logistics, quality department or there is a belief that the current structure and segregation of duties is not adequate to the expectations of the organization and does not correspond with the market requirements, we can offer help in defining new responsibilities matrix RACI. We can assist the customer by offering a new content of procedures or purchasing instructions.

WORK COMMISSIONED AS PART OF OPERATING ACTIVITY PURCHASES

Such works include standard activities of departments or sections dealing with the acquisition of materials or services. Activities as vendor selection and evaluation or finding the most favorable offer for us are the basics. It is not a problem for us to provide the support for negotiations and determining the content of the agreement, in order to ensure our customer interest.

SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT

We support the development of suppliers. We can define areas requiring corrective action to meet the expectations of the customer. Supplier development will result in the increase of the quality level of the materials and services or in the decrease of the number of complaints, increasing the cash flow by defining the cash outflows, which positively affect the finances of the company. We can carry out projects aimed at the development of suppliers – lowering costs in the supply chain by setting the processes in the way, that allow to define and monitor the “fleeing” and difficult to define cost, which in our experience are a significant value.
