The basic tasks of this scope can be classified as:

- searching for sources of supply
- market research
- comprehensive evaluation of supplier
- identification and selection of the relevant supplier
- suppliers and components approval
- negotiate the contracts
- negotiate the terms and the conditions of commercial, logistics and quality agreements.
The operate outsourcing will induce the cost savings achieved as a result of standard purchasing works.
