ORGANIZATION
We have experience in restructuring of purchasing, procurement, logistics and quality department. We define the right responsibilities, entering RACI matrix, how and to what extent purchasing department works with other departments such as logistics department, quality department, production department and businessdevelopment. Acting in accordance with the principles of LEAN, we are able to identify the optimum organizational solutions, allowing such a disposal of resources to maximize the value of the company. We know from experience that the simplification and “LEANing” processes can bring significant benefits in the form of time savings and cash flow. Proper deployment of resources contributes to find considerable savings. In order to maintain the effectiveness of the work, we can identify what are the KPIs used to measure the efficiency of work in the area of purchasing/logistics/SQA/quality. Adapt purchasing department to the requirements of SoX, FDA, VDA regulations.
