We have experience in restructuring of purchasing, procurement, logistics and quality department. We define the right responsibilities, entering RACI matrix, how and to what extent purchasing department works with other departments such as logistics department, quality department, production department and businessdevelopment. Acting in accordance with the principles of LEAN, we are able to identify the optimum organizational solutions, allowing such a disposal of resources to maximize the value of the company.
